Monday, April 16 @ 6:30 PM – Movie Night at Spencer Public Library – Only The Brave The Library will show the movie, Only the Brave, starring Josh Brolin, Miles Teller, and Jeff Bridges.  Only the Brave is an intense drama about the real-life Granite Mountain Hotshots, an elite team of firefighters from Arizona who faced a deadly wildfire in June 2013. Monday, April 23 @ 6:30 PM –Book To Movie at Spencer Public Library – 3:10 to Yuma Join us as we watch the 1957 Western drama 3:10 to Yuma starring Glenn Ford, Van Heflin, and Felicia Farr. Saturday, April 28 @ 2:00 PM – Historic Downtown Spencer Tour – Join Kirby Schmidt for a walking tour of downtown Spencer. Monday, April 30 @ 5:30 PM –Pushing the Limits –Pushing the Limits is a book club meets science cafĂ©.  We will be reading Rebecca Skloot’s non-fiction book The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks and discussing the scientific ideas within the book and within our everyday lives.
