Spencer Public Library exists for the purpose of providing lifelong learning. Information is available to everyone regardless of age, sex, origin, or views. The library serves as a point of access through materials owned or borrowed, and through technology such as the World Wide Web. A variety of services and programs of interest to the community are provided.
