Spencer Public Library's materials, programs, outreach services, and technology serve as a
point of access for a wide range of information. The library has chosen 4 main service
responses in its role as a public utility:
Emphasizing lifelong learning for all ages
Specializing in current titles and topics for the citizens of Spencer and the surrounding
area
Supporting the curriculum of Spencer elementry and secondary schools
Promoting and maintaining a large collection of genealogy materials, and providing
research assistance for those interested in family history |
